Rules & Regulations ARC Guidelines

Unless otherwise specifically exempted by the Declaration or the Rules & Regulations (Architectural Guidelines), each and every proposed exterior modification/addition to residential units or Lots in Weddington Ridge requires prior written approval of the Architectural Review Committee. Please be sure to review the Rules & Regulations (Architectural Guidelines) for more information prior to submitting an ARC Request.
