Unless otherwise specifically exempted by the Declaration or the Rules & Regulations (Architectural Guidelines), EACH AND EVERY proposed exterior modification/addition to residential units or Lots in Weddington Ridge requires prior written approval of the Architectural Review Committee. Please be sure to review the Rules & Regulations (Architectural Guidelines) for more information prior to submitting an ARC Request.

Rules & Regulations ARC Guidelines

To submit an ARC Request:

• Complete an ARC Application Form
• Login into the Homeowner Port via https://portal.mycmg.com (If you do not know your Portal credentials, please reach out to Support@mycmg.com for assistance).
  • Navigate to Requests > Submit a Request > ARC Requests
  • Provide all relevant details of the requested modification (see ARC Guidelines for review/approval requirements)
  • Upload completed ARC Application
• Most requests are approved in less than 2 weeks as long as all information is provided.
• ARC requests have a $30 fee and are charged to your Homeowner account.
