The Weddington Ridge Clubhouse, located at 3810 Cameron Creek Drive, is available to be rented for events by all Homeowners. Rentals of the Clubhouse do not include the pool, pool area or the surrounding common grounds. However, the pool can be used for pool parties if sufficient lifeguard coverage is provided* (the entire pool cannot be rented privately).

Rental Fees are as follows:

• $150 non-refundable usage fee
• $300 security deposit (only charged if damages occur or conditions of Reservation Agreement are not met)
• $30/hour additional lifeguard fee for pool parties paid directly to AquaTech (https://aquatechpm.com/pool-parties-information/). One lifeguard required per 25 people (regardless if they live in the neighborhood or not). Hourly rate subject to change (accurate as of 2023 pool season, visit AquaTech website for current rates).
• $25 cancellation fee (if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the reservation)

In order to rent the Clubhouse, please fill out the Reservation Agreement & submit to clubhouse@mycmg.com either via email or using the contact form provided below. Please be sure to review the Community Calendar to ensure that your requested date is available. All reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event (this includes receiving the usage check). Please note that until you have received a confirmation email of your reservation, it is not confirmed.
