will guide us through a one-hour basic yoga class. Come in comfy clothes, bring water, a towel and a yoga mat if you have one (there will be a few extra). Open to men and women, kids 10 and up are welcome too.  Class is $10 a person. RSVP and payment due by Monday February 6th. We must have 6 people minimum to avoid the class being cancelled. No refunds after 2/6 (unless class is cancelled).
